Tonight Mike took me out to a new restaurant in Granbury, Fleur De Lis Steak and Seafood. The head chef is a young man who grew up in our hometown of Hico. It is still in "trial phase", trying out menu items and training staff but it was SO DELICIOUS. I had roasted game hen with a cornbread stuffing and New Orleans red beans and rice. Mike had red fish with risotto. The best part of the dinner was dessert--- Creme Brulee!!!! My very favorite!!!
